Find the name of your scanner below and expand for the instructions on how to add Frontier Dental Lab as the default destination for your preferred device.

If you don’t see your scanner on the list, give us a call at 800-790-3999 and we’ll walk you through the setup process for your model.

  1. Call iTero at 1-800-577-8767 and request to add Frontier Dental Lab to your “Favorite Lab” list. Our lab number is 4550
  2. On the Cadent Lab List, search for Frontier Dental Lab. Select our laboratory as a “Favorite Lab”.
  3. Send Your Scan: We will receive the scan and begin processing your case.
  1. Visit https://portal.3shapecommunicate.com/login and enter your Username and Password.
  2. Click on “Connections”, then “Add Connection”.
  3. Enter: edhcadcam@gmail.com
  4. We will approve your connection and begin to process your case.
  1. Sign in to your account at www.sirona-connect.com and navigate to the “My Account” menu.
  2. Click on “My Favorite Labs” and search for Frontier Dental Lab. Our zip code is 95762. Check the box next to our name and click Add.
  3. You are now ready to submit your scans to us through the Cerec Connect Portal.
  1. Log in to your DS Core account https://r1.dscore.com/#/login

  2. Click on your account circle in the top upper right corner

  3. Click on Practice in the drop down menu

  4. While in the Practice tab click on Preferred Labs

  5. Click on the blue “+ Add Preferred Lab tab” in the upper right

  6. Type in Frontier Dental Lab, (we are associated with the email address cadcam@frontierdentallab.com) and then click Add

  1. Open your Vivascan software
  2. After completing your scan you will have the option of saving or sending
  3. Click on the send a scan and in “Lab Info” enter Frontier Dental Labs email address: cadcam@frontierdentallab.com, and phone number 1-916-933-3300
  1. Call Straumann at 1-833-873-2838
  2. Select option 1, and ask them to add Frontier Dental Lab to your Cares Connect account.
  3. Our email address is cadcam@frontierdentallab.com
  4. Send Your Scan: We will receive the scan and begin processing your case.
  1. Login to DEXIS IS Connect as a Dentist.
  2. In the toolbar, click Partners
  3. In the Partners window, click Invite a partner.
  4. In the Email field, enter: cadcam@frontierdentallab.com
  5. In the Message box, either leave the default text or write your own message.
  6. Click Send. The invitation message is sent to Frontier Dental Lab and a Partner entry is created in the list of Partners.
  1. Log in to your Medit Link account.
  2. Select “All Organizations from the sidebar.
  3. Search for “Frontier Dental Lab” and click ‘Request Contract’.
  1. Log in to your CS Connect account
  2. In the toolbar, click Partners
  3. In the Partners window, click Invite a partner.
  4. In the Email field, enter: edhcadcam@gmail.com
  5. In the Message box, either leave the default text or write your own message.
  6. Click Send. The invitation message is sent to Frontier Dental Lab and a Partner entry is created in the list of Partners.

On April 1, 2019, 3M announced that it sold assets related to its 3M™ True Definition Intraoral Scanner platform to Midmark Corporation.
1. Call Midmark at 844-856-1231 and request to add Frontier Dental Lab to your “Favorite Labs” list.
2. Sign in to your account at https://casemanager.3m.com and select Frontier Dental Lab on the 3M lab list.

1. Open your Planmeca Romexis software

2. Select a case and click “cloud export”

3. Select Frontier Dental Lab by entering this email address:  cadcam@frontierdentallab.com

4. Include all necessary attachments

5. Click send
